Commercial Integrations
Overview
Complimentary to the single system API based control, GivEnergy Software offers commercial Business to Business control via:
- An OAuth based account linking service (typically for multiple end user systems) or
- A system hierarchy based API control approach (typically for multi system, centrally managed fleets) or
- Various other control options (eg bespoke approaches on a case by case basis)
These services enable features such as more granular controls, granting of user access volume as well as access to additionaly commercially relevant API features.
A subscribed commercial integration customer can additional state that they are officially compatible / supported for use with GivEnergy systems.
How it works
GivEnergy Software offers commercial integrations priced on a yearly SaaS basis. To discuss a commercial agreement for your company, please contact development@givenergy.co.uk or get in touch via your existing senior GivEnergy contact point.
Once a commercial agreement is in place, GivEnergy Software will work with your development team to help select the appropriate control approach and then assist you in creating and testing the API control/account linking with your software system.
Support is offered during the initial development phase directly with GivEnergy Software’s development team and live via the commercial support approach articulated here.
