I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company, the staff member Martin Phipp goes above and beyond to help, he was even helping me from his own house and well out of his normal paid hours. And when I have had to call the tech team if I have had a system error, they have been fantastic in helping and fixing, or getting someone to come out to fix. This company is a 10/10 for me and the staff are also 10/10.

I joined a FB group and was amazed that technical support staff on the group solving minor / major issues out of hours. Our electrician said he completed an install 18-35hrs Friday night before Coronation bank holiday weekend and needed technical support. There was a human at end of phone who in 5 mins provided what needed and confirmed all ok, he said amazing technical support!
