The GivEnergy installer loyalty programme allows you to earn rewards for choosing us. It’s a points-based system automatically tracked in your GivEnergy cloud account.
With the points you’ve earned from installing GivEnergy equipment, you can treat yourself to items you’d like from Amazon. Or, if you prefer, you can build up your points over time to earn free GivEnergy kit.
So, you’re not only making money from fitting GivEnergy systems. You’re also pocketing high-value treats of your choice for your loyalty.
Only approved GivEnergy installers are eligible for the loyalty programme. This covers approved, advanced, and platinum GivEnergy installer statuses alike.
Every time you successfully commission a GivEnergy system, we’ll add points to your account. The points vary from product to product as per the charts laid out on this page.
Your points can be used for:
- The issue of Amazon gift card claim codes on demand. So, you can spend your points on the items you’d really like – using your points, your way.
- GivEnergy items – from individual products, to full systems, to pallets and more. So, you can make maximum profit on future installation projects.
You’ll be able to track your points via your GivEnergy engineer account. We’ve built a custom area in the portal where you can view things like:
- Points balance
- Points earned this month
- Points earned – lifetime
- Transaction history
- Options to redeem
With a few clicks inside the GivEnergy portal. You can select how many points you’d like to redeem, and select options to either convert to Amazon vouchers, or to claim a GivEnergy prize.
For Amazon gift cards, you’ll need a minimum of 100 points. (Translating into a £100 voucher.)
For GivEnergy items, you’ll need a minimum of 400 points. (Translating into an EV charger.)
The ability to start earning points began on 23/11/2023. The option to redeem those points began on 22/1/2024.
When you opt to redeem a GivEnergy item in the portal, this will trigger an email to the GivEnergy team. We’ll then issue a credit note which you can take to your wholesaler of choice.
These points are provided as a standard baseline. They may be subject to change based on market changes, special offers, limited time only promotions, etc.
- Companies must ensure that installer accounts are created for each engineer to accrue the points. Please note, any installers who accrue points using a shared account will be unable to move points to separate individual accounts after commission. It is vital that each engineer has their own account prior to commissioning GivEnergy equipment.
- Points are awarded at the absolute discretion of GivEnergy and we reserve the right to add, remove, or amend points at will, for any reason without notice.
- Automated points redemption is limited to £500 in any 14 day period.
- Any installer found to be abusing the system, or acting in any way in which GivEnergy determines is not in the spirit of the scheme, risks their relationship with GivEnergy.
- GivEnergy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
- Points can be viewed and accrued through the GivEnergy monitoring portal from 23/11/2023. Points can be redeemed from 22/1/2024.
- Anyone attempting to gamify the system will be immediately removed from the scheme and all points removed.
- Points can only be withdrawn once every 14 days.
- All withdrawals over £500 are subject to a manual review process.
